Travella is a business focus to create Traverse product to support your picnic needs. We provide Bag that can expand and transform into Carpet sheets. Our innovation focus on a practical needs and acompany family in their picnic session.
As the Chief Financial Officer and E-commerce Enabler at Travella, I have been deeply involved in shaping both the financial foundation and digital strategy of the company. Travella is a business dedicated to developing Traverse, an innovative 2-in-1 bag that transforms into a picnic carpet a solution designed to enhance the practicality and joy of family picnic moments.
In my role as CFO, I was responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the business, from budget planning and cash flow management to preparing transparent and structured financial reports. I set a target of preparing monthly financial statements starting from the first month of operation, ensuring accuracy in transaction recording and building a solid financial system from the ground up.
- Key Target: Established a profit margin of at least 20% through a well-thought-out pricing structure.
- Strategic Simulation: Designed a detailed break-even point analysis to evaluate the minimum performance required to cover all operational costs.
With a strong academic and practical background in finance — further strengthened by my experience as a teaching assistant in accounting — I brought valuable insight and networks into Travella. This includes leveraging relationships with lecturers, fellow assistants, and students to support the company’s development on both financial and non-financial fronts.
- Academic Leverage: Used access to academic resources and networks to support business validation, improve financial literacy among team members, and enhance financial strategies.
- Fundraising Efforts: Initiated early-stage discussions for external funding partnerships to support expansion and R&D.
- E-commerce Support: Contributed to enabling our digital sales infrastructure to match Travella’s innovative product line with scalable online exposure.
