As a core team member of FruityBreak, a health-oriented Food & Beverage (F&B) business, I contributed to developing a brand that promotes healthy lifestyle choices among Gen Z consumers. FruityBreak focuses on creating refreshing and nutritious menu options using fresh fruits and low-fat ice cream toppings, offering a guilt-free indulgence that aligns with modern health trends.

My role centered on business development and strategic planning, where I was actively involved in designing the product concept, validating customer preferences, and translating lifestyle trends into a market-ready product. We aimed to build a brand that not only delivers taste but also promotes daily healthy habits in a fun, appealing way for our target market.

I also contributed to pricing strategies, cost analysis, and go-to-market planning, ensuring that FruityBreak maintained affordability without compromising quality. Our pricing model was built with a balanced cost structure, allowing us to remain competitive in the youth F&B market while still securing healthy profit margins.

  • Financial Contribution: Assisted in determining cost of goods sold (COGS), setting price margins, and aligning them with brand perception.

  • Healthy Brand Identity: Helped build FruityBreak’s image as a "fun-health" brand, using branding strategies focused on social media engagement and community wellness events.
